Title: Price history
Post by: nebulis on June 26, 2014, 11:38:01 AM
Tcgplayer has a price chart history of each card. Can you incorporate that for each card also within iMTG?

put it at the top plz.  right after making it so my app doesn't crash.

Right after you feed me with replicable examples of your crashes so I can tracks the bugs in code which cause these crashes.

I find it very had to believe that so many users are experiencing crashes yet you can't find an issue.

I am experiencing crashing while updating offline cache (images and prices)

ipad mini.  latest os.  i click on the app, the black screen goes to full screen, then nothing.  when i view my open applications it appears to be open.  what more do you want?

I want replicable. It does not crash for me the same way.

do i need to film it and email it to you?

I think he means, he needs the problem to be something he can have do also, because if he can't get it to do the same thing that is happening to you then he can't fix it. Sending video or in detail explaining can't help him. He just needs a way to replicate what's happening, but if he can't then it's hard to fix.

i know that.  i'm just a little bit frustrated that i have to get on my computer to access the forum, and i can't access the app part at all.  and he doesn't seem too interested to try and find out why.

I don't like it when people put thoughts in my head and words in my mouth. I don't like it at all.

1. Can you recall exactly what you were doing the last time you used the app before it permacrashed?
2. Have you tried killing the app yet? That helps me what it happens to me. NB, I'm not being patronising so please don't take it that way. ☺️
3. Are you Beta? If so, email your logs to Piotr so he can see them and what's going on in your code. If not;
4. Do you back up your decks/binders to Dropbox? If so, maybe delete the app, redownload and reinstall. That works too.

Of all my years on this app, to my knowledge, that's your options at this stage my friend. Hope it helps. 😁

how do i do that?
The little file that will be in your iTunes sync page on your desktop. Attach the phone. Sync it. Email that little file from memory that the bottom of the apps page (under where you tick all the apps you wanna keep/install). I think. It's been a while.
