Title: Ducky's trade
Post by: Ducky on June 23, 2014, 05:20:54 PM
Hello. This is ducky's fiancΓ©e ducky had some issues that week around Friday night after Fnm he and one other friend ended up getting into a fight with three other guys. He put two or them in the hospital one with a broken arm, and one with a broken nose and jaw ducky is currently in the state jail and I myself am waiting for a response from him. I know he has two envelops one with a post it note saying {hallowed fountain} and the other with {xenegos, god of revel}, {iroas, god of victory}, {pithing needle}, and two {forest} full art zendikar. Plz let me know what trade he has going so I can  try and get them out.

So ducky is locked up for 5 years his friend got off but he didn't. The state is corrupt all he was doing was defending himself and his friend and he is the one that gets sent away it's not fair not fair at all.

I'm assuming the charges were attempted murder, so 5 years sounds about right. It's a shame that things happened the way they did. Ducky seemed like a cool guy.

Nothing happens in California courts in 2 weeks.... I work in the court system. Unless he was on parole and got popped on a parole violation getting through the process enough to get sent to prison for 5 years would take a minimum of 2-3 months, if it goes to trial it would be 6-8 months at least.

This is a really lame way of attempting to dodge on a trade Ducky. First of all, no one would be found guilty so quickly over a fist fight; and 5 years for a minor offense is WAY over the top.

Secondly, the fact that you (his so-called girlfriend) magically knew to get on this App and use CURLY BRACKETS at that to review which cards were missing from a trade is beyond unbelievable. Just can't take it seriously.

Thirdly, any girlfriend that would have her mind on anything materialistic like trading cards when her boyfriend is in JAIL is completely absurd.

Send the cards; stop telling stories.

THIS^^^^^^

I'm not involved in any of his trades, but I definitely agree with this. I also second falcon on the fact that the state system doesn't work that fast. I had a DUI case I worked that took 19 months just to go to trial. No way something minor (considering that he didn't kill anyone  and didn't attack any police) would have been processed, tried, and sentenced that fast.....

To add to the fishiness, Ducky's fiancΓ© seems to have the same inability to use punctuation as Ducky. Just throwing that out there.

We all know that there is no need for elaboration on here. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that being a little late is better than not receiving. I think those that are involved on the trades would know best because they should've received Pms about the stuff....

This is why it's easier to be honest. Because if you lie, then you usually get caught....which not only makes you look like a skeez, but you also won't be trusted from that point on.

Ibtrickery, I'm absolutely intrigued as to why you so valiantly are defending someone you hardly know, if at all. Do tell how you two got to be such good buddies.....

My point is further proven by you feeling the need to continue posting, dear Donnie. You're a hypocrite, congratulations. All this white knighting and giving people the benefit of the doubt when they're CLEARLY lying is beyond my comprehension.

And yes ctrl, I find it super fishy that neither Ducky nor Ibtrickery feel the need to explain anything. Silence from them both; perhaps it's best.

and {Ducky}'s fiance, please get back to us and let us know what is going on. people are waiting on cards, and if they dont start arriving, people are going to assume they are stolen.

Does 'TreeSmoker' know ducky?
They have patron-apprentice and that together..
So then if Ducky does come up stealing isn't 'TreeSmoker' liable.
I read that somewhere patrons are responsible for their apprentices
Ok now you're trying to redirect ducky's issues on someone you just opened a trial against

And joking aside, saying someone is cool for essentially stealing cards IS a big deal. It only fuels the fire.

Drama = fuel as well and you seem to be bringing that to the table

If the person(s) harmed came on and complained it would be different but you are not affected by this so....

Nobody is laughing at the situation.  People are just making fun of this incredibly hair-brain story and quite frankly this excuse is rather laughable.  That does not mean we are encouraging people to make up BS stories to try and steal from people.

Assuming what was posted by Dicky was true (πŸ˜‚,) there is a difference between self defense and assaulting them back. There's nothing wrong with preserving your own safety, but the damage he afflicted goes beyond defending himself.
