I have extreme anxiety when it comes to flying, and I have a flight tomorrow. Any tips on overcoming or managing it?
Valume and a couple shots? Jk but in all honesty just try to play music or something to take your mind off flying.

Fap.
Music and earbuds
Sit near a hot chick and get distracted :)

definitely bring ipod/music and good headphones if you got em. also, even though those neck pillows look kinda weird, they are very helpful for a flight over an hour. i would just try to distract myself as much as possible during takeoff and landing, cause those usually make people more anxious.
Bring sleeping pills and before the flight even takes off just dose off.
But flying is fun! And safe so don't be scared bud you'll be fine!!
Think of it this way- a few years back a Russian (I think) woman jumped from an airplane 32,00+ miles up and survived just fine. Pretty easy to survive things.
Also think of it this way- you're much more likely to meet your favorite celebrity than die in a plane crash.

I dunno, it looks like it helps. In 365 days and thousands of flights, less people died than there are on this forum.

That's the last thing people with anxiety want to hear lol I have anxiety about the ocean and swimming in it bc of sharks (😱) and my friend said something like only 50 or so get bit at this beach a year or something like that and I got so scared and nervous that every small little fish or seaweed made me lose control. And after 10 mins I had to leave lol

Man I was flying a lot a few months ago and this hot chick sits next to me and just sparks up conversation right off the bat. I am thinking wow this is going to be a cool flight I get to flirt with this chick the whole way. Then this douche comes up and is like "mam I think you are in my seat". She realizes she is and goes sits next to some other chick. She looked at me all disappointed too and I know damn sure I was disappointed!!!
Maybe you can get lucky and sit by that chick from Soprano's.

Yea that dude totally coulda swapped seats with her and he coulda sat by his own chick!!! Instead it was sausage fest over in aisle F!!
Plane was delayed 5 hours, but it was a smooth ride.
