at inkedplaymats.com you can do your own image, but wizards wont sell it unless you win some specific tournament.

Well, technically, Wizards doesn't sell them; they get their designs distributed through Ultra-Pro. Star City has its own Playmat series.
I myself own two InkedPlaymats mats and they're awesome. Only ones I use, though I own several SCG Judge mats and GP mats.
