There's a reason for the different sections. I don't think these people are being mean or the community has "fallen apart," they just giving their opinion about how well this would stand up to a competitive tier 1 modern deck like one you'd see winning a GP.
Ignore these people. They actually have no say in what is competitive or not. If it has modern legal cards it's a modern deck. If it has legacy legal cards it's a legacy deck. If it was alpha and stuff then it would be casual. You get what I'm saying. This community has fallen apart and would be nice for it to come back together again.
Quote from: TreeSmoker on June 22, 2014, 02:57:15 AMThe community has hardly fallen apart if people think a section should only be for competitive decks :P the problem seems to be that you over analyze what others say.

Also, if you're a mod who can move threads, you definitely have a say if it's casual or modern. ;)
Quote from: Ryggrad82 on June 22, 2014, 02:02:10 AMThat's not true. It's just that when you post them under Modern people compare them to the best modern decks (which are very good). If you posted this in casual where the opponent's deck is assumed to be less powerful, then your decks aren't as bad as some people say.
That sucks. It seems that none of my decks are very good...
Quote from: Ryggrad82 on June 22, 2014, 09:32:36 AMSo? What would this beat? Other casual decks. Look at all the other modern decks here. Then look at what you have
Modern deck construction doesn't mention having to stack up against T1 decks.
Quote from: Munchlax on June 22, 2014, 09:34:58 AMA lot of not T1 decks. It may beat U Tron or rack, even.Quote from: Ryggrad82 on June 22, 2014, 09:32:36 AMSo? What would this beat? Other casual decks. Look at all the other modern decks here. Then look at what you have

I guess I should expect this kind of thing, seeing as I'm actually not that competitive when it comes to Magic. I just love the game, not winning.
