Trim it to sixty. Cut the lands to 19-22 depending on the mana curve.

Add  {Lightning Bolt}'s

{AEther Vial} is needed. Also take out those goblins and add good goblins like {Legion Loyalist} {Goblin Guide}  {Goblin Chieftain}

Maybe. I only used the gobby cards that I own right now. Why æther vial? Also, my lgs is out of legion loyalist.

Vial is great for decks that use creatures of low mana costs and have may of them. For instance goblins uses may copies of one and two drops which can be brought out at instant speed for no mana cost
