Needs more dragon, if you ask me. No but seriously, the deck looks solid, you have a lot of really cool stuff that will get a lot of value out of Riku. I would however like to point out that counterspells usually don't get any value out from Riku (there is usually only one spell on the stack), so I would decrease the number of counterspells and increase the amount of solid removal (although I understand that {U}{R}{G} doesn't have the best removal in the world). Also, I would up the number of big splashy spells like {Time Stretch}, EDH is a slow format and you can get some insane plays by doubling something like that. Good luck with the deck either way though!
