Post by: KILLERBEE on June 15, 2014, 11:20:51 PM
If I were to play a {Dungeon Geists}, choose a target and the bounce the {Dungeon Geists} and choose another target are both targets effected by the ability because I still control {Dungeon Geists}?

What about if you flicker it with {cloudshift}

It wont work, {Cloudshift} exiles it and returns it. Once it leaves the battlefield for any reason, when it returns it chooses a new target.

Edit: It can choose the same target, but then, why use Cloudshift in the first place?

Doesn't matter how it leaves the bf. As soon as it goes away and comes back, the game sees it as a different permanent. Think of flickering as being reincarnated. You still get all the cool stuff, but you have to start over from scratch

The key phrase here is "as long as you control dungeon geists" if it didn't specify like {bond beetle} or {coiling oracle}, you can flicker them and keep their effects
