Can someone explain {Magnetic Web}, please? I don't quite understand it.
Also, is there anyway to speed up the process of getting the magnet counters?
Basically, this: You can pay 1 and tap it to put a Magnet counter on a creature. If a player decides to attack with a creature that has a magnet counter on it, all other creatures that player (or their team) control with Magnet counters have to attack, too, since, flavor-wise, the magnet of the first creature is pulling the rest along with it. On the flip side, the Magnets on the potential blockers also pull them to the magnet-ed attackers, so each creature with a Magnet counter the defending player(s) control(s) have to block if they can.
Super flavorful card. I might have to pick one up.
My brother has one, but only one.
To solve your problem with getting more counter you could always use proliferate i.e. {Volt Charge}
{rings of brighthearth}
{copy artifact}

Proliferate won't work in this instance because it adds counters of a kind already there, and you need the magnet counters on new creatures
+1^
I would use an {unwinding clock} and an artifact land like {ancient den} to untap and reuse the web
