If I'm not mistaken you are 5 cards over 60. A personal preference is to keep deck at 60
I would use {Hero's Downfall} and {Silence the Believers} over doom blade and cure. Maybe not a set if each but a mix of 5-7
if you can a set of {Thoughtseize} instead of duress.
{Agent of Erebos} and {Fated Return} seems like a bad idea to combo together
{Liliana of the Dark Realms} is only good for some swamps or removing a creature very late. I haven't had a spot in my mono black ever really but this one is up in the air.
You need a full set of greys because they seem to be your only finish
{Whip of Erebos} to recycle greys
Consider {Shadowborn Demon} for the sideboard. Even if you sac him next turn you get a flying block and removal spell which is great in certain match ups
I think you need one more land overall and 2-3 {Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx}s
With the good chance of life gain you have {Read the Bones} and is amazing for you {Underworld Connections} in the same category
