If I put 3 creatures out this turn, and then equip {Fleetfeather Sandals} to one of them, then re-equip it to each other creature, (implying I can pay the equip cost each time) does each creature get haste or does the artifact have to stay equipped throughout that turn for said creature to get haste?
That equipment has to be equipped for it to get any bonus on it. Only the one with the sandals attached to it during the declare attackers step could attack. You could requip it later to let another one use a tap ability though.
I didn't even think about doing it for a tap ability! +1

You can move the sandals between creatures and as it is on each you can use abilities though :)
