Yes. You can oblivion ring any nonland permanent without hexproof/shroud.

Since the Ring is not a spell once it is on the battlefield and able to target emrakul, yes, that does work. Just clarifying about emrakul's protection ability.

Yes. You can oblivion ring any nonland permanent without hexproof/shroud.

Or protection from White, from Enchantments, from Permanents, or from the Oblivion Ring's Controller.
