Does {rest in peace} ability counter {vigor} shuffle into the library ability :)
Please don't take this the wrong. But you'd probably be better off asking this in the rules forum. And I'm pretty sure it will be moved there anyway. Also I don't know for sure but I think so since rest in peace says exile instead. Meaning rather than being put in the gy which would trigger that it is being put in the exile pile.

However since it's here, rest in peace replaces the graveyard with exile so vigor tries to go to the grave and finds himself in exile and has no idea what to do so he sits there pouting and does not shuffle in.
