If i have {Omniscience} out and cast a strive card, can i target all creatures for free?

No you cannot. Omniscience allows you to cast cardss without paying the mama cost. Any other costs must be paid with mana on the field.

7/1/2012   If you cast a card "without paying its mana cost," you can't pay any alternative costs. You can pay additional costs such as kicker costs. If the card has mandatory additional costs, you must pay those.

The rulings on {Omniscience}.

So i can cast it free, but must pay the extra for more targets. Well, its better than an entire 20 mana!!!

It only allows for the first cast. Strive has to still be paid for each additional target so with omni it is still just okay..
