No I mean {The Rack} because it will do 4 damage instead of 3 a turn.
{Black Vise} deals damage when they have more cards, which they would if they can't cast anything.
{The Rack} hurts if their hand is empty, such as in a hand-denial deck.
Either way, the most damage you can do with either is three (unless you can stuff their hand, then {Black Vise} can do unlimited amounts)

This deck has no creatures, and eventually you'd get rid of stuff you control if you gave yourself Venser's emblem. Why would Venser be a good choice?
Side note: {Howling Mine} would be a nice addition if you decided to add {Black Vise} too.

Ok. I was just curious if Venser had some other use I overlooked. If he did add white, I'd suggest having {Isochron Scepter} with {Orim's Chant} imprinted on it to lock down the opponent completely. My friend runs a deck around that combo and calls it Scepter-Chant.
What's the win-con? Boredom? Rage-quit?
The only thing I see is Jace's milling being the win-con for this Stasis deck.
I think I've just conditioned myself to not see Jace.
