Title: Derevi and Magosi
Post by: Sparkle Ninja on June 04, 2014, 10:10:20 PM
So let's say I tapped {Magosi The Waterviel} and skipped my next turn. Could I then untap it and take an extra turn after hitting an opponent with derevi? Would this yield infinite turns? That is all

No because you have to have an 'Eon' counter to remove to take the extra turn:) and each time you use the ability Magosi it is returned to your hand.

And if you activate the 3rd and 4th ability on Masogi in the same turn they cancel out each other and you return Magosi to your hand still..

And if it has multiple eon counters on it you can not use the extra turn multiple times because it returns to your hand as the effect:)

I looked in the rulings on the card:)

So I couldn't double the counters on it with Vorel and then hidden strings it?
(implying that there is already a counter on it.)

The answer is no.
Because:
Once you remove an eon counter the land returns to your hand as stated on the card so unless you can get around that there is no way to use it more then once at a time.

The card is best for at the beginning of the game, skip a turn and get it back later when you really really need it.
