Title: Creature tokens

When a creature token dies. During that phase it died can you exile it? Like from a graveyard

No, tokens cease to exist when they leave the battlefield.

110.5g (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=110.5g): A token that has left the battlefield can't move to another zone or come back onto the battlefield. If such a token would change zones, it remains in its current zone instead. It ceases to exist the next time state-based actions are checked; see rule 704.

So you couldn't {cloudshift} a 4/4 green rhino creature token with trample?

You could, but it would cease to exist. You wouldn't get it back.

An awesome thing to do is to flicker any of your opponents tokens:) they can not come back.
