So, my friend designed a modern deck to play... Essentially he gets {Deus of Calamity} out T1, then fun.

Why {Noblis of War}? A t1 {dues of calamity} is in little need of it.

Seems like an {Inferno Titan}/{Primeval Titan} would do waaaay more work here.

Yeah, but "Mull till you hit Calamity and the right spells to cast it turn 1" seems like a crappy plan.
How often does it happen?

It's interesting but if you don't turn 1 or 2 then creature removal or counters will drop you on your head
