Ok, obviously going to finish out the mana base and add in 2-4 {Thoughtseize}s maindeck, but other than that, throw your suggestions at me!

Edit: Probably going to swap out at least most of the {Ultimate Price}s for {Abrupt Decay}s.

Edit 2:  Also just realized the price differences on MtGO.  Got my {Nightveil Specter}s and {Desecration Demon}s all for just under $10....

I really like that your adding the abrupt decays they will be very good in this deck.

I would sugest adding {kiora, the crashing wave} x2 and {jace, arcitect of thought} x3 main board id suggest taking out the cloudfin raptors

Something I'd considered, but cost got in the way haha. I'll definitely add in the Kioras when I get the finds to do so, an is been kinda split on Jace. I'll try him out, though!  You think drop the raptors and {Urban Evolution}s?  The evolutions have been really subpar so far.

Yeah i think kiora is a better version of urban evolution it has multiple uses and costs 1 less mana.

I'm not sure if it's just me or what but I find it odd that you're playing only 2 elvish mystic and that your also not playing sylvan caryatid. The caryatid is really strong right not and I've never seen people play less than 4 mystic.

Basically I'm playing 4 {Kiora's Follower}s, but wanted a T1 play and a couple more mana dorks, so I just threw in the mystics. I don't think I would want to do more than 4 2-drop mana accelerators. Granted, the followers are performing horribly. I'll probably swap 'em out for the caryatids. Should I run 8 mana dorks or just drop the mystics altogether?  I'm up for any suggestions!

I'd say drop the Followers and Mystics. The reason to run mystic is to hit T3 plays, but the only t3 I see is Specter, which can't take green mana. Sylvan protects itself, protects against Aggro, and fixes for a T3 4 drop

I run BUG walkers, and a great early threat is Ashiok, really good in this format actually, just my 2 cents

I feel that cloudfin and urban evolution should bite the dust. A deck that has 8 untapped blue sources T1 (6 that are painful) shouldn't run a T1 play. Plus, I feel that midrange decks don't want a T1 play like a 0/1 bird. The last thing you want late game is to pray for a Kalonian hydra or a heros downfall and get a cloudfin, trust me. Your deck wants to live the early game and drop threat after threat in the late game.

Also, if you do end up putting in kiora, I'd highly suggest  {Courser of Kruphix} as he is the definition of midrange, also his ability works well with Kioras -1.

Everyone is dissing {Urban Evolution} and saying that {Kiora, the Crashing Wave} is better, but in my experience, Kiora has always failed me. Even in {Maze's End}, where she should be a perfect fit, she sucked. It is too easy to kill (between the low LC, {Dreadbore} and {Hero's Downfall}). In my experience, she either comes down and -1's then dies the next turn or you +1 and then your opponent kills it. Even when you get to use the -1 twice, she nets you 1 card and 2 extra land drops, but makes you wait a turn for half of it. {Urban Evolution} nets you 2 cards and a land drop, as soon as it resolves. IMO keep {Urban Evolution} in.
