After using this app for about the past two years (only been on the forums recently), there are a few things that I've been thinking about with the Deck Builder section. So, here we go - (and if any of these are actually implemented and I just don't know about them, please tell me!)
Overall, better sorting while using deck builder - After selecting cards, there doesn't appear to be any sort of rhyme or reason to the way they're displayed on the screen (Sometimes in the order they're input, sometimes not). On occasion, the first few times I try to manually position cards, the order scrambles itself and i'm right back where I started.
Ideas for this:
Subsets under "Spells" by Card Type - Enchantment, Artifact, Instant, Sorcery, Planeswalker. When I want to look at a list, I often want to see it splayed out by card type, so I can easily see how many of each and what's already in there.
Sorting by criteria - The two easiest would be Alphabetically and by Converted mana Cost. Yet another easy, common way to view how a deck is coming along. This, in conjunction with subsets under 'spells' would be an awesome way to be able to view your deck lists.
Also, for the database searching during Deck Building- I've noticed the App tries to constantly update the displayed cards as you type. This is cool and all, but I've noticed that it often makes it lag and makes it take long to do things. There are times where I've typed in, say, "Amulet of Vigor" completely, and the app takes and extra 5-10 seconds of 'searching' (the loading wheel instead of the magnifying glass) before it stops and actually lets me select the card. if this could be streamlined to perhaps only search when you're done typing or after each change to the field.
Just some thoughts for you guys.
Sorting fo decks should be working ok in imtg ii?
That may be my problem since I'm still using iMTG I. Any way to transfer purchases between the two?
