Title: Problem With Deck Builder
Post by: EbonRose on May 22, 2014, 11:20:10 AM
Sorry for posting this here, but for some reason my phone won't send the e-mail to the support address. Anyway, since doing the update the other day, the app crashes if I try to view any of my Deck Builder decks other than those I've designated as Commander, which work fine. Even if I create a new deck, when I try to add cards to it, the app crashes, unless I make it a Commander deck first. I have the app fully purchased, and even tried restoring my purchases, but that didn't help either. What should I do?

And now it won't even let me work with newly created Commander decks. I am at a complete loss as to what to do...

Well, once I found that I could back my stuff up to Dropbox, I did that and reinstalled the app. It appears to be working normally now, but if anyone had any advice on what might have caused the problem, I'd love to hear it :)

Next time try closing the app all the way.....not just closing it by pressing the apple button once.

I know I have to reset the app that way when things start crashing and it always solves the issue.

I'm still in my first month of smartphone ownership, so please excuse my ignorance, but how do I close an app completely?

Double click the apple button and it should bring up all your apps running in the background.  Then just swipe them up and they will close completely

This will save your battery life as well ;)
