Also, one  {Surgical Extraction} and the entire deck is crippled. Sure, if it's not a black deck, go for it, but be wary of that.

Interesting. Put some duel colored lands in and maybe cycle lands for when you don't need the extra lands

I think the main issue you will face is that you apostles will be removed almost as fast as you can replace them. Eventually you will get them off but not before the opponent gets his board state in control and with you having no real answers to enemies besides winning I think you will need to add removal and the such
