Thoughts, suggestions?

Three cards I have in my simic are {Gyre Sage} and  {Biomass Mutation}. This leads to really gross damage with  {Nylea, God of the Hunt}. You have a bunch of 6/6's? I have 7 13/13's with trample. Just food for thought :)

What would a suggestions about taking out to put in?

This is just me, but {Sylvan Caryatid} or  {Elvish Mystic}. Having one mana accel creature is probably enough. Especially if it can tap for any color. So {Elvish Mystic}. And {Boon Satyr}. Unless you rely on the flash, or devotion, I would get rid of him, as a 4/2 doesn't cut it for me :P personal opinion and all that.

{boon satyr} is a great card. It can be flashed in after a board wipe, and it has bestow, which is what I usually use him for

Maybe a 3rd {Kiora, the Crashing Wave} in the mainboard be coarse 1 she is a great around card, 2 {Courser of Kruphix} and her are BFFs.

Yeah I updated it. Kiora deff needs to be a 3 of. Let me know what u think about the changes. Also changed sideboard and put in jace and horizon in place of elvish and garruk

But if you run the mistcutter ramp is needed extreme. You can never have enough ramp when it comes to those

I agree that {Mistcutter Hydra} do enjoy ramp but it's not that important for them, I mean hay it nice but it's meanly there as a bet down on Mono-blue and U/W control it's doesn't need to be huge just hard to answer.
