Title: Mana Confluence

What is with people and that card? It doesn't seem so good considering its effect, but I understand the {1} of any color to your mana pool.

It's a better  {City of Brass} that your opponents can't kill you with. It's going to be an EDH staple. And I have a feeling it's going to see a lot more play in Standard once the RtR rotates.

People could still kill you with it, it would be your {Worst Fears}

Yeah, but in EDH, {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage} isn't just mega value with confluence out. Tapping down City is just good for tamiyo on every aspect.
