Haven't had a chance to test this deck but after running pure u/w control and attempted splashing green just for likes I found it would be nice to protect her more reliable as waiting for the ult to pop. This is an attempt at doing just that. Will tweak and test tn at FNM

Simic charm and celestial flare
{celestial flare} can't believe I forgot about naya! I even play that deck typically. Wish I could find more room but at least two have made it to the sideboard.
{simic charm} seems good but can't think of what to remove for it.
Drop an AZ charm, I found many people expect this charm over Selesnya and simic.
Selesnya I love for the exile and usually had 3 MB with 1 backup for my removal
Simic stops stormbreath and blood baron
I also suggest syncopate
This is very similar to my bant deck I had peroration. Very fun to play
I would even say drop a few temples for basics.
I found having at least 5 basics really ensured my "counter" was up for t2/3
Updated the list removed one hallowed fountain for an additional mutavault.
Added in the simic charms removed a counter spell.
I tend to use azorious more often than not in u/w to cycle cards. The initial idea here was a) to toggle cards and b) worse case give some of guys lifelink. (Burn is popular at my fnms hence the sideboard)
I ended up using Trostani & blind obedience Pre JOU for my bant control answer to burn decks. Definitely the most annoying to play against
But if Trosti got out with an advent, it was done fast

Ended up going 3-0-3 tn at the FNM draft.
The deck worked surprisingly well however, very slow if not finding my kioras!
Game 1: 1-1 for a draw against a mono white devotion. The built a deck around all life gainers and archangel but facing my mimic on turn six into a rapid on his own led to a quick finish. Game two drew out to time although I had lethal on bored wasn't able to kill if I had one more turn, Dangit!
Game 2: 1-1 Mono black devotion a well timed night veil was able to rip my mimic when he turn five gray merchant boi would it of been great to copy that! And my sphinx rev ;( the winning game he opened with two pack rats luckily out raced by kiora and my smiters/wurms.
Game 3: 2-0 against white weenies larger creatures able to fend off the race and courser life gains siding in rams and thune.
Game 4: opponent dropped without slip woo free win lol.
Game 5: 2-0 selesnyea heroic deck. Was able to rapid or negate alongside my large creatures easily popping off kioras ult.
Game 6: 1-1 u/w control was able to rip thru game one with an unaswered advent wurm for two swings leading into another after a supreme.
Overall, the deck was fun and mimic unexpectedly shined when able to copy things/other fancy things like blood baron(in testing games prior). But very slow and overran at sometimes having no untapped lands outside of mutavaults is slightly irritating after some adjustments would like to knock down some shocks/scrys to basics. I believe more draw or perhaps the new ajani as suggested earlier may be required.
Don't underestimate the new scry starfish - he can fix up to 2 cards after blocking a guy, plus he holds up against a zealot and soldier of pantheon
