If a creature is enchanted it does 2 damage to that creature. If the creature has two auras on it then 4 damage is done.

Only auras? What about equipment? Just a little confused about the 'creature enchantment' part of the text

In Magic, when determining what a card does, we use what's called the Oracle Text, which is the most up-to-date version of the text on a card, and what you read when you open the card's page on this app or on Gatherer.

Baki's Curse has Oracle Text that reads:
"Baki's Curse deals 2 damage to each creature for each aura attached to that creature."

You figure out all the creatures that have Auras attached to them, and they each take two damage for each Aura.

Auras are enchantment permanents that target a single creature. If the creature dies, the aura is removed from play as well. Equipment permanents are artifact cards, not enchantments. When an equipped creature dies, the equipment remains on the battlefield. So your card would have no effect on equipment. Hope that helps!
