Title: Need help
Post by: respawned on May 11, 2014, 04:54:16 PM
Ok...so I know very little about the modern format...but I'm wanting to build a tribal vampire deck that is midrange...doesn't need to be extremely competitive but would like for it to be somewhat competitive and fun to play...need suggestions

Thanks in advance! :)

{vampire nocturnus} is one of my favorite creatures.  You add good vamps like {gatekeeper of malakir} and then add {blade of the bloodchief} with {bloodghast} and a good sac outlet like {visera seer} and things can get out of control quick.  {mutavault} is great with any tribal.....especially mono-colored.  {captivating vampire} is great for midrange if you plan to flood the board with lots of cheap vamps like {vampire lacerator}

If you're going with the sac method {tragic slip} is just amazing. Even paired with {dismember} it is just incredible.
