UW is awesome I've been playing it since December :P had a lot of success with it :P
You have too many random 1 ofs that I'd shave for more consistency I recommend 2 vaults and 1 fated retribution MB (alongside 2-3 end hostilities)
Ojutai is Not a SB card MB dat .poo. :P
Also 3 {Radiant fountain} and 1 {Haven of the Spirit Dragon} are great to have
I would cut {jace, vryna prodigy} he gets killed easy, and his abilities are meh IMO with this deck. His plus only slows one creature down, his ultimate could be a win con but might take quite a few spells and you still have to get him there. His middle ability might be nice to get a boardwipe or something back but they enemy will atleast have a turn to se it coming cause you can't flip him the turn you play him.
Imo vyrns prodigy is worse then living guildpack and look how much he saw constructed play.
Just gotta say, {Clash of Wills} is bad. {Negate}, {Nullify}, {Dissipate} are all better.
Clash of wills is a very necessary 2 of in here

Could you explain your reasoning? It's the worst {X} counter ever printed...no upside. It's just...bad.
But the problem is it's only good on turn two. It's just bad otherwise. I'll trust you guys as I haven't played with it enough it just seems really bad.
It's not only good T2 it's good on most turns bc control decks vastly Outland (if that's a word lol) their opponents it also counters any spell whereas negate and nullify are usually more situational

I've used a lot of {X} counters and they've hardly ever been live. They fail really hard vs ramp and they're just mediocre at best IMO. I mean at least give me a scry not a do nothing.
I can see it being good but I'd 9/10 times rather have {Negate}, {Nullify} or {Disdainful Stroke}.
That's the thing though stroke doesn't counter rabble nullify doesn't counter Elspeth and negate doesn't counter Atarka see rash isn't ideal it's not meant to be a 4 of but at 2 of it's needed bc of versatility
And {Clash of Wills} doesn't counter anything if they have more mana... :P
I personally run a combination of {Negate} and {Nullify} then have the finished playsets and {Disdainful Stroke} in the sideboard. I then spec based on what deck I'm up against post board.
Maybe {Clash of Wills} is the thing to run game one. I dunno, I'll try it but I still don't like it on paper.
UW control always ran 2 syncopate I don't see any reason to not run clash. As I said clash is situational but it has the ability to counter anything and that is better than a nullify vs a control deck. It's not a great card but it's necessary
