I've been working on this deck for a standard tourney I know I need blue black lands but what else should I do with this deck to make it better?

I'd say take out the curses, they don't really support the theme of the deck and they dilute your win condition, same as the cemetary reapers. Diregraf Captain is the only lord you should need and you need to max yourself out on Lichs and Gravecrawlers since they make your deck work.
