This doesn't seem like a control deck since you're running Geist and Delver. I would rather see this as a UW Midrange deck with Vendilion Clique and Wall of Omens. You should max out on the amount of Celestial Colonnade and Cryptic Command because they are the best cards that Control decks should run. You should also run 25 lands at least because the way Control and Midrange games win is by having more lands than the opponent so that they can answer anything and have threat protection while things are on the stack.
