Can u scavenge during an attack phase? Wondering if it was a good blitz tactic in my commander infect deck
No you can't. It has to be done as a socery.
It even says to scavage as a sorcery in the reminder text...
You can do it at the end of your turn though.

You can do it in main phase 1 or main phase 2 when the stack is empty. You cannot scavenge at EOT
Thanks a lot

Yep, says on the reminder text for Scavenge "Scavenge only as a sorcery"
From the Comprehensive Rules
{702.96. Scavenge}
{ 702.96a }Scavenge is an activated ability that functions only while the card with scavenge is in a graveyard. "Scavenge [cost]" means "[Cost], Exile this card from your graveyard: Put a number of +1/+1 counter equal to the power of the card you exiled on target creature. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery."
