 {Maze of Ith} in case they have a blocker that could kill your Titan. You can still get the lands. Or possibly  {Sundial of the Infinite}

{Gatecreeper Vine}? Just keep on flickering him with the {Semblance Anvil} combo that Sparkle Ninja posted. need two {Ghostly Flicker}s though.

{Fastbond} or {Exploration} seem obvious, didnt notice if {Expedition Map} was included. {Seismic Assault}/{Life from the Loam} may also b nice.

I also prefer {Courser of Kruphix} to Oracle, just personal preference tho

I'm going to be messing with the deck list and including suggestions to see how it works. I prefer mono green for this deck list.
