If I have {Bridge from Below} in my graveyard and I attacked with my {Nether Shadow}, my opponent block with a 1/1, both creatures exchange blows and died. Do I still have a 2/2 zombie token before the bridge is exiled?
These are both triggered abilities, they trigger at the same time and since you are the controller of both triggers , you can choose the order they enter the stack.
603.3b If multiple abilities have triggered since the last time a player received priority, each player, in APNAP order, puts triggered abilities he or she controls on the stack in any order he or she chooses. (See rule 101.4.) Then the game once again checks for and resolves state-based actions until none are performed, then abilities that triggered during this process go on the stack. This process repeats until no new state-based actions are performed and no abilities trigger. Then the appropriate player gets priority.
All of what giggle said is true, but it doesn't matter.
Both triggers go on the stack, and then neither of them care wether bridge is still in your GY or not because effects exist on the stack independent of their source. Resolve them in whatever order you wish.

Not true actually, the first ability has an intervening if clause.
"Whenever a nontoken creature is put into your graveyard from the battlefield,
if Bridge from Below is in your graveyard, put a 2/2 black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield."
When the ability resolves it must still be in the GY for it to take effect.
I stand corrected
