why mystic snake? Is that a normal card in modern? Im not an expert it just doesnt seem too moderny
As much as I love {aether vial} I don't think it's a good fit in this deck. I think {fire // ice} would fit nicely tho edit:(disregard that forgot this modern not legacy so fire // ice not legal)
Also your mana curve is too low to run 25 lands. That is unless you add some man lands like the {R}\{G} one that gives you a 4/4 elemental I think....what's the name??
If you go -4 {mystic snake} you can add 4 {mana leak} which will lower you mana curve and then you could add like {gitaxian probe} or {vapor snag} and take out at least 4 land. A drop in land and creatures and a bump in instant/sorcery will help delver pop off
