This is not casual.....this is mean lol.  I luv mono {B} discard control.....just hate playing against it.  You could add some {sink holes} to make the game even suckier for your opponent.

How do you keep cards in there hand to discard. Or does this deck drag the game on painfully?

Instead of drawing an extra card, that player discards a card. Then, they're forced to draw, activating the effect again. Eventually they run out of cards in hand, so they put the top card of the deck into the graveyard and the loop ends.

Oh i think they just have to discard a card before drawing card number 2,3,4 etc

It works out if they one card in a turn nothing happens. If they draw any more they discard their hand and mill one for each addition card attempted to be drawn.
