It's implied that the ability, like most, only works while it's in play. Check the wording on {Stigma Lasher} for an ability that lasts.

Tokens have names. You could stop the activated abilities of a token.
So.... If i name "Myr" token then anything with the name Myr cant activate its abilities? ^^

Sure. Anything with the exact name "Myr" can't play its activated abilities. Keep in mind that {Copper Myr}, {Iron Myr} are different names than {Myr}.
