Can you {redirect} {True name nemesis}'s ability to the owner!

Unfortunately you may not.  {redirect} allows you to change a target but TNN never targets but just chooses a player.

Nope.  This one is a replacement effect.  Never uses the stack and can't be responded to.

Does  {Torpor Orb} work?

Again, no. Torpor would shut off an ability that states "When [creature] enters the battlefield, [effect]." As a replacement effect, TNE states "As True-Name Nemesis enters the battlefield, ..."
