{Puresight Merrow} isn't an enchantment.

How does that matter? {Karametra's Favor} gives {Puresight Merrow} the ability to tap and produce one mana of any color, and then he can use the mana to untap the creature and exile the top deck of his library. I don't see the problem...

OP misspoke and said puresight merrow ON laboratory maniac as if he could enchant lab with merrow. He was correcting that or clarifying thats what he meant, not saying the combo wont work.

I'd swap out {Kirroas follower} and {Arbor Elf} for {worldy tutors} and {idyllic tutors}, make your combo more consistant, or maybe {sterling grove} in the stead of {idyllic tutor}, that shroud could be useful for a turn or two.

I'm pretty sure worldly tutor isn't modern legal

Noooooo, to the depths with it all! How unfortunate. Then how about {Dizzy Spell}, that transmute could get you both {Pruesight Marrow} and {Labratory Maniac}. Transmute, baby.
