Will {Gaddock Teeg} stop players from playing {Entreat the Angels} or {Terminus} using the miracle ability?

Correct. The spell is still being cast. So {Terminus} cmc is 6, and cannot be cast. {Entreat the Angels} has x, so cannot be cast
