Title: Newbie not getting Phantasmal

Hi,

I am a complete newbie, I have Phantasmal Bear but I don't understand what is good about him. Can anyone explain what is good about Phantasmal?

He's especially good if you have Lord of The Unreal. Illusion decks ftw.

The way phantasmal works is that you get decently powerful creatures with a cheap mana cost, with the the tradeoff that if it's targeted, you gotta sac it.

And it's not that bad because 90% of the time they'd be saccing it anyway because most spells that target would be killing it and it baits them outta an answer.

I agree, they are very underestimated, until you face a {Gideon's Lawkeeper}.  Man was that annoying.
