Title: Help! Black/White sideboard discussion.
Post by: CommanderUnderSorin on March 31, 2014, 11:10:42 PM
I'm going to a big tournmeant shortly, with black white mid range.
Thoughts on  {Spirit of the Labyrinth} in my side board?
Against control?

I personally do not like the card, but if you expect to be seeing a lot of control then the obvious answer is to add it. Id say 2-3 would be a good idea, but at the same time if you dont think theyll be all that useful.. Are you running thoughtseize/duress already?

4 thoughtsezie main board.
But when turn 2, I can shut down there  {Sphinx's Revelation}  I would feel better.
But, I think it would be good against mono black also. With  {Underworld Connections}

Ok well run 2-3 SB, depending on how much room you feel you have. If you can squeeze in 3 do so

However playing it turn2 to shut down sphinx's kind of leads me to think youl be getting t4 board wiped then sphinxed anyways o.o

Unless you can protect it somehow from {detention sphere}s and {supreme verdict}s, I think any t2 creature will be killed by the time they cast their rev.
