Probably, but if your combo relies on 10 mana a turn, you might want some {Grand Architect}s or other mana sources.

Since it's casual and doesn't adhere to a banlist you may want to invest in a Tolarian Academy.

Exactly why I'd recommend picking one up, if it was that expensive and banned in all sanctioned formats I wouldn't buy it.
