Me and night wolf agreed to trade my 1 promo {emrakul! the aeons torn} and 1 FTV {swords to plowshares} for his 4 {hero's downfall}s on January 30th. He also had me for secret Santa, and decided to send at the same time as that trade (because the first time it supposedly got lost in the mail). He said he sent them around February 16th (just sometime that week) and that was the last I've heard from him
During the .poo typhoon that was Piotr, he said that he sent everything and left the app. I think he used that as a graceful exit to not send me my cards. I've pmed him several times on here, on www.mtgcommunity.boards.com because that's where he went (supposedly) and I have not heard a sile thing from him.
Because I don't have those downfalls, I've lost several fnms I should have at least gotten 1 pack in prizes for, so that's about 5 packs minimum I've lost. (Dang walkers) so that's another $18 in loss due to this trade.
I sent on February 24, and have tried to contact him multiple times since then with no response.
I'm not guilty of this one ;)

i dont think you can charge him extra based on the fact that you didnt win fnm. having the {hero's downfall} cant guarantee you winning fnm. you might have never drawn them. but otherwise i support this.

It's possible it got list. Mail tends to do that from time to time.
