Turn 1: swamp
Turn 2: swamp & cast Pain Seer
Turn 3: Declare attack using Pain Seer(assuming my opp no blocker and is tapped)
Turn 4: Beginning phase; Untap Pain Seer; Inspiration tigger(ability) reveal the top card and put it into my hand and upkeep.
Draw step; draw a card.
Is this the correct steps? Or am I wrong? Need someone to explain it to me. Thanks a lot.
Its technically the untap step for pain seer not 'beginning step'
But yea, pain seer triggers during untap step which is before draw step

So which means whenever my Pain Seer is tap & untap at my turn I get to draw two cards?
You draw one card during the untap step from pain seer
Then one card during your draw step as normal
So 2 total

Oh okay cool. What if I use triton tactic? Tap and untap I also get to draw two cards with hidden string?
Well {hidden strings} has to untap 2 different cards, as indicated by 'ANOTHER target'

Which is the best card to tigger inspiration pain seer?
In standard theres not too too much, you could hdden strings pain seer then let him untap as normal to avoid attackig and losing pain seer

actually, inspired triggers go on the stack at the beginning of the upkeep step. Doesn't make too much of a difference, but that is how it works. An abilities that would trigger during untap go on the stack during upkeep.
Ah

Ah. What is someone in response either destroy or burn pain seer at my untap phase. What happens next?
No player Recieves priority at the untap step.
What is I have 2 tapped painseer on the battle field. Can I untap 1 reveal the top card and 1 card at my draw step? Then untap the 2nd painseer and draw the 3rd card?
Both untap at untap step, both abilities go on stack; ability one resolves, reveal, pay life draw, card; ability two resolves, reveal pay life draw; upkeep, draw phase(draw), first main
Inspired happens when they are untapped and you still have the upkeep between untap and draw phases, so you can't switch the turn draw before the pain seer draws

the abilities aren't put onto the stack until upkeep.
