First of all, I think this app is great, I bought several of the features and I use it everyday ^_^
After the update I detected some 2 problems:
- sometimes when I flip the iPod to get the card flow, after 1-2 seconds, I lose it and what I get is the same card name view but with horizontal view.
- Arabian nights expansion has few cards repeated, I don't know if there are more expansions with the same problem. I'll let you know if I find any.

I found that Portal expansion has also cards repeated (11 cards)

The duplicated cards seem to be misprints and different versions of the same card.
Coverflow will disappear if you have memory problems, try closing other apps manually and see if it helps.

Regarding the coverflow view, it's true I usually struggle with the free memory in my iPod, there are so many apps and music to have... but my husband has at least 8 Gb of memory free and it's happenning to him also, and it didn't happen before the update. Also, we have an 2nd generation iPod, so we cannot have several apps open at once.

And I can tell you that I played a lot with the app before the update, and this didn't happen even once.
I remove songs and apps and even restart completely the app, but it's still happenning, now I don't have cover flow...

I think the main source of crashes in iMtG is memory management. When you see your coverflow view disappear, it means the current version closed it because it received low memory signal from iOS. If it didn't close it would probably crash.
Yesterday I made some breakthrough discovery in the field of memory management and fixed what probably was causing 90% of the remaining crashes. I'll test it a bit more, then forward it to my trusty beta testers for them to have a look. I'll keep you posted.

13/09/2011 fixed missing toolbar in DeckView (I think there are some problems left here though)
13/09/2011 moved the coverflow scroll limit from Akroma to infinity
13/09/2011 fixed 'CardListView will look dodgy when started in landscape'
