1st off, Board wipes DO kill Progenitus, as they don't target
2nd You cannot enchant Pro. Because he has protection from enchantments and white
Could you use {Avacyn, Angel of Hope}?
{Avacyn, Angel of Hope} could do it though, then you only have to worry about sac effects like {far//away} or exile via things like {sudden disappearance}
