Where do you guys think she will be played? She dosen't seem to fit a standard Azorius deck.

But she wouldn't be a very good commander except in a draw deck.

I have a friend that plays her in his  {Grand Arbiter Augustin IV} EDH and well, to put things simply, she isn't good. Her cost to produce a 6/4 flyer with that ability just doesn't work out. She can't block anything at that point with her puny toughness, and people have to attack you for her to be good. At the most this is what she will do:

Opponent: "OH NO IF I ATTACK HIM HE DRAWS A CARD?!?! MAN THIS IS OVER FOR ME. CRAZY, CRAZY CARD ADVANTAGE!"

But that's not happening. Point being, she isn't too great. At all.
