I'm extremely new to the format, and the only EDH decks I've played were pre-con 2013 commander decks. So, I thought I'd post here for ideas. I'd like to use {Merieke Ri Berit} as my commander, but I'm unsure on cards that I could use to either sac her, or untap her. Any ideas? Suggestions?
Ive thought about her as commander!! Use a lot of other stealing effects like {domestication} and {cackling counterparts} to make everythig your opponents do benefit you! I think thatd be a fun deck! Just my idea on it though
Exactly what I was thinking. Add in {Braids, Conjurer Adept} as well.
Great minds think alike, you must be awesome! Also you can always look up commander decks online, chances arethere are other decks with her that could give you some ideas

Just as long as she's not the commander...
{Freed from the Real} is a scary card with her.
I have a {Merieke Ri Berit} EDH deck that is a hoot to play. I'll find time this weekend to post it so you can see what I did. It's basically based around untapping and protecting her (she needs hexproof, a 1/1 is easy to deal with). Plus a few board wipes incase things get out of hand. Just basically control.
