I was thinking about making a {Borborygmos Enraged} deck that's all about ramping up into him then just throwing my entire hand at the opponent for an instant commander damage victory
This is a wonderful idea
That sounds awesome.
Commander damage must be combat damage. So discarding land for damage with Borby doesn't count towards Com. Dam.

you've ruined my day
And mine
My bad...
It could still be a fun deck. Just throw tons of land at the opponent.
I can throw mine in to the app if you want to look at it. It hasn't been updated in a while, but I'm sure it will give you some ideas.

Can I get a link to this ruling?
I had a 62 land borborygmos deck. It was basically a combo deck. It was not a guaranteed combo but it used illusionist bracers {Snake Umbra} and {Keen Sense} to draw through my deck. The other spells were ways to either double damage or recur lands to my hand like {Nostalgic Dreams}. It typically lethal damaged a table of 4-5 players on like turn ten.
I've always though that him combined with {Life from the Loam} could be a fun mix. Especially if you throw in card draw and disgusting mana ramp.

104.3j In a Commander game, a player that's been dealt 21 or more combat damage by the same commander over the course of the game loses the game. (This is a state-based action. See rule 704. Also see rule 903.14.)

Loam, combined with {Snake Umbra}/{Keen Sense} or any of the lands that cycle themselves is just insanely powerful. I've killed people from almost nowhere just by getting that to happen. Add in {Illusionist's Bracers} for overkill. One time I got that set up, an opponent cast a removal spell, and I killed half the table in response, just by drawing more and more land and bolting twice for each one.
Also, {Abundance} goes all wombo-combo with Umbra/Sense. Totally worth including.
I think I'm just going to go the route of all lands with a bit of ramp and that keen sense thing. It could get obscene if turn six I'm pitching my hand and killing them with seeming infinite damage
{crucible of worlds} and {strip mine} would be great additions to a {borborygmos enraged} deck.

WOMBO? WOMBOLOGY? The STUDY of wombo?
I don't recommend all-land, personally. Mine started at 60 lands but got cut down to 40 after testing and chenges.

Well not all land. But a good 75 lands with man lands and such. It'll be fun
Try a combo version that casts {Enter the Infinite} then cast a bunch of free mana rocks like {Mox Diamon} and such, into {Borygimos Enraged}. Then toss all your lands to kill peeps!
What about making it with a poo ton of land destruction and making everyone sac lands? Take there mana base away from them while you have lands coming out of your ears.

I know, I have the gears turning myself now.
Fun lil mix I found with bor is land destruction. Lots to choose with red and green, and devastating for opponents.
How about something like {Frenzied Tilling}?
