Dismiss into dream is fun to play as a sideboard against heroic decks...
I played Mono blue for the longest time and I had two in my sideboard and no one could figure it out till I played against a bantchants deck and played one post board... They couldn't do anything

I think they mean 3 mana because it makes a gold token so you basically have a floating mana if it resolves.
